CIARA by David Harrower was a really wonderful solo show. A major Scottish actress, Blythe Duff performing (think Helen Mirren of the Scots). The play was about Glasgow, she was the child of a crime syndicate family… An art dealer who had been ‘protected’ from the family business– at least that’s what her father intended. Incredible language and acting. In fact, the acting has been incredible in everything we’ve seen! More to come…
