Will Arbery’s Plano is a fast-paced, provocative comedy set near, but never quite in, Plano, Texas. Its story follows three sisters and the men who occupy all too much of the oxygen-rich atmosphere around them in astroturf-lined suburbia. With flashes of absurdity that ring true, Plano is a darkly funny domestic drama, an exploding tennis ball of ideas, lobbed at America.
RUNTIME: 87 minutes
Location
Bakery Square

Parking
Ample parking is available in the Bakery Square South Garage, which has free parking up to 3 hours. There are two entrances patrons can drive in from: Bakery Square Boulevard or Dahlem Place. Please ONLY park in the South Garage — surface lots and spaces in front of the venue are for only a limited time and we cannot prevent you from being towed.
Accessibility
Please only park in the South Parking Garage (see “Parking”), which has ample accessible spots near elevators. Patrons are welcome to drop-off guests in front of the venue before parking in the garage, and ramps are present at the venue. Please do not park in the accessible spots in front of the venue. Management has advised us that all cars parked for longer than one-hour may be towed.
Assistive listening devices will be available at all performances thanks to support from the Allegheny Regional Asset District.
An audio-described and ASL-interpreted performance will be on April 20.
Please view our digital program here.
Safety
All patrons must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (boosters encouraged) at check-in with a valid photo ID. Despite low local transmission, with the recent news of the BA.2 variant, we are also asking audiences to be masked except when eating or drinking. These safety requirements are determined by our policy, which can be found here.
FAQs
How much are tickets?
Weekday, Saturday matinee’s, and Sunday tickets through April 10 are $38, and for the rest of the run are $42. Saturday evening tickets for Plano are $50.

How do I get there and where do I park?

See “Parking” above for more details and a map to help guide you.
The address of our venue is 192 Bakery Square Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Nope! When you arrive, Quantum staff will be there to check you in. Just give the name of the person who purchased the tickets. And do us a favor if that’s not you – give us your name and email address at the check-in table so we can make sure you know about future performances.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
Yes. All attendees 5 years and older are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (boosters encouraged). Proof of vaccination is required at the box office by simply showing a picture of your vaccination card via smartphone or by bringing a physical copy with a valid photo ID. To read more about our COVID-19 Safety Plan, click here.
If you are unable to be vaccinated due to a medical condition, a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the performance or a negative antigen test within 24 hours is acceptable.
I’m a subscriber and previously submitted my vaccination card online. Do I still need to show proof of vaccination?
Yes. We realized our process failed to account for subscribers who allow their tickets to be used by others.
Do I need to be masked?
Yes. Despite low local transmission rates and because of the site-specific limitations of our venue, masks are required except while eating or drinking. Read our full COVID-19 Safety Plan.
How do exchanges work?
For the safety of all patrons, if you aren’t feeling well, stay home and let us know. We’ll reschedule you to another performance, pending availability.
Subscribers may exchange with 24 hours of notice for any reason. Single-ticket buyers will incur a $5 per ticket exchange fee, except when exchanging due to illness.
Exchanges can be processed by calling 412.362.1713 or emailing boxoffice@quantumtheatre.com.
What’s that banging noise upstairs?
Our venue is located below LA Fitness and there may be occasional noises when people drop their weights. We are working with management to minimize this disruption.
Will there be pod seating/assigned seating?
No. All performances are general admission, and there are no requirements for pod seating. Every performance will be sold to full capacity.
Still have questions?
