How do I purchase tickets?
Reserve a virtual ticket using either the “Tickets” link at the top of this page, or click here. Only one ticket needs to be purchased per household. Although tickets are on sale now, the show can only be accessed from February 19 – March 7.
How do I get into the stream?
Far Away will be hosted by our ticketing system PatronManager to ensure private access to the recording.
When you finish reserving your e-ticket you will get an order confirmation. Contained in this email is a link view the broadcast. Please do not click this button until you are ready to watch the show, as your 72 hours of access begins with your first visit to this broadcast webpage.
Please note that the show will not be available to access until February 19, and all access will be revoked on March 7 regardless of remaining time in your 72 hour access window.
Can I watch this on my television via my existing media center, or my Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire TV Stick, Roku, or similar?

How do I watch on my Smart TV?
Patrons who can access their email via their SmartTV should also be able to click their ticket link and open it in a browser on their TV that way.
Live streaming is relatively new to our industry and the technology to support it continues to develop. Our rights to stream performances come with limitations from the royalty companies to ensure the greatest security. Our current approved streaming platform runs directly through your web browser. It does not yet have an app that allows for casting from your device to a TV.
For this reason we recommend only viewing on a SmartTV IF you are able to access your email directly on your TV to click the ticket link and view via a web browser app on your tv. Tech savvy audience members may be able to find a work around depending on the model of your phone, casting software and device, and Smart TV model. If that’s not you, we recommend viewing the live stream performance on a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. You could use your smart phone also, you just may miss some details given the screen size. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we, and our entire industry, navigates and adapts.
