Quantum does not accept unpaid reservations. To guarantee a seat, you must purchase your ticket in advance.

Where should I park?

Parking varies by performance location. Check the show description for the play you are attending, where parking specifics for that play will be listed.

What do I do when I arrive at the performance site?

Please always check in with the box office, even if you already have your tickets with you. We do this so we will know when all patrons have arrived, as we often cannot seat latecomers.

What happens if, due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrive late for a performance?

In general, this is no late seating at Quantum Theatre. We do this because of the intimate design of many of our performance spaces, in order to prevent disruptions to both the actors on stage and the audience members already seated. Occasionally, it may be possible to hold latecomers until a specifically designated point in the production when they will be admitted by the house manager into the performance area. Unfortunately, many times this is not possible. Check the show description for the play you are attending, where the specific policy for that play will be listed. If you arrive late and late seating is not permitted, check the posted signs for specific instructions.

What do I do if I can't attend my scheduled performance?

There are no refunds or exchanges on non-subscription tickets.

Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, as long as the exchange is made prior to your scheduled attendance date. This can be done by phoning the ticket service at 412.394.3353. There is no charge for this service unless you are exchanging into a higher-priced performance day.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not available. Performances are rarely cancelled. If for any reason this occurs, a performance will be scheduled for those previously scheduled to attend.

What is your inclement weather policy?

Performances are rarely cancelled. For outdoor performances, a decision will not be made until very close to performance time. We will most often choose to delay the start time rather than cancel a performance. If you have questions or concerns (and bearing in mind the amount of time required for your own travel to the site), you may call 412.697.2929 beginning ½ hour prior to performance time for an update. As long as the show takes place, there are no refunds or exchanges.

What happens if a performance is cancelled? How will I be notified?

You will be notified by phone, either by ProArtsTickets or Quantum Theatre. We will call the number you have provided to ProArtsTickets at the time of your ticket purchase. If the show is cancelled by Quantum, a performance will be scheduled for those previously scheduled to attend.
